V2.4.2:
- fixes V2.4.1 health-memory instability
- no longer relies on edge-local Cache API for health state
- persistent state is stored in Cloudflare KV
- a verified channel stays published after 1 or 2 temporary failures
- removal happens only after 3 consecutive checked failures
- success immediately resets failure count to 0
- newly discovered channels enter only after verification
- upstream disappearance removes zombie entries
- six-hour auto refresh is request-triggered
- no global crawling
- no login/DRM/token/paywall bypass
